David Porter, CPA
Shareholder
David was born and raised in Alaska and has over fifteen years of public accounting experience. His industry focus is not-for-profit, tribal, and health care organizations. . He also spends much of his time in compliance audits of government and nonprofit entities.

Ben Allison, CPA
Shareholder
Ben was born and raised in Ashton, Idaho and has over ten years of public accounting experience with additional private accounting experience working in oil and gas exploration. He moved up to Alaska shortly after graduating to start his career at Mikunda, Cottrell & Co., Inc. before it was acquired by BDO.

Amanda Redinger, CPA
Director
Amanda was raised in Wisconsin, attended University of Wisconsin-Superior where she received her Bachelor’s degree. She then moved to Alaska to start her career. As a certified as a CPA in Alaska she has over 10 years of public accounting in audit, tax, and accounting. She specializes in the nonprofit and healthcare industries. When she’s not working, she’s enjoying her growing family, getting outside, or crafting.

Kevin Overholt, CPA, CFE
Director
Kevin joined Porter & Allison in 2018 after working for several years at global public accounting firms, and brings over a decade of experience working in a variety of industries including construction, Alaska Native Corporations, employee benefit plans and not-for-profits. Kevin is well-versed in the intricacies of compliance with both federal and state Single Audit requirements and with ERISA and DOL regulations governing employee benefit plans. Kevin is a licensed CPA in the State of Alaska (License #153771) and is a member of the AICPA and Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants. Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys listening to live music, exploring the outdoors of Alaska, and dog-parenting his rescue pup. Kevin volunteers as a Board Treasurer for Alaska Creative Economies which aims to provide opportunities to local musicians and export Alaskan music to the Lower 48 and abroad.

Nicholas Stoudt, CPA
Senior Manager
Nicholas attended the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting and Economics. He is a licensed CPA with over 8 years in public accounting experience in Alaska serving a variety of clients. His experience and industry expertise includes audits of governmental contractors, Alaska Native Corporations, non-profit organizations, and tribal associations. He has extensive experience in Federal and State of Alaska single audits.

Stacey Henning, CPA
Manager
Stacey joined the Porter & Allison team in 2023, bringing over 10 years of experience in compliance audit in the public, private, and government sectors. Stacey is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and her local state accounting society. Stacey has served clients in assurance and accounting services in a variety of industries including not-for-profits, governments, commercial clients, construction contractors, employee benefit plans, and financial institutions. Outside of the office, Stacey enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping, cooking, and volunteering with the dogs at her local animal shelter.

Lindsey Nuss, CPA
Manager
Lindsey was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and attended the University of Arizona where she received her Bachelor’s degree. Lindsey joined Porter and Allison in October of 2024 after spending several years working at a global public accounting firm, with a focus in government, for profit, and Alaska Native Corporations. Lindsey is well-versed in the intricacies of compliance with both federal and state Single Audit requirements. Lindsey is a licensed CPA in the State of Alaska and a member of the AICPA. In her free time Lindsey enjoys reading, spending time outside, and caring for her pet bunny, Benji.
